beanies>wool cotton rib beanie

a short beanie inspired by the classic watch cap worn by the us navy. the style is knitted from a mix of fine cotton and wool. the wool yarn is treated without the use of chlorine while remaining washable. it has an authentic look yet comfortable hand-feel. wool keeps the body temperature stable and enhances breathability which creates more comfort. by adding the cotton yarn, we are able to knit a chunkier half cardigan structure and create a slightly softer hand-feel. the style is constructed with set-in sleeves, zipper at center front and finished with a ribbed neck trim, cuffs and hem.
